- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and ensure proper coding of invoices
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using SAP and NetSuite
- Prepare month-end closing reports and assist with audits
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for payment scheduling
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable expertise
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, NetSuite, and Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
