Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with executive-level insights
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with precision
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews and tax filings
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for strategic planning
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (VBA skills a plus)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting cycles
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
