Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports
- Maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite ERP
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on budgeting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and NetSuite ERP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
