Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and reconciliation
- Conduct audits and implement internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Optimize tax preparation processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and auditing
