As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and audit schedules.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Implement internal controls and financial policies to mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
