Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on budgeting processes
- Lead tax preparation and filing documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience with ERP implementation
