- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement robust internal controls

- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
- Streamline financial reporting using advanced Excel and accounting software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
