- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Oversee tax compliance filings (UK and US operations)
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis for global teams
- Collaborate with Jacksonville-based finance team on cross-border accounting
- Implement and optimize financial controls and reporting systems
- Lead month-end closing processes with accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACA/ACCA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in multinational firms
- Expertise in UK GAAP and US GAAP compliance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing cross-border financial operations
