Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with accurate reporting to stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct comprehensive financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Develop and implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead special projects including tax preparation and financial modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
