Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Optimize invoice reconciliation and payment workflows using SAP
- Analyze vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP modules
- Implement process improvements using Power BI analytics
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Mentor junior AP team members on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- 5+ years' accounts payable experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Proven experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
