- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with procurement teams to resolve billing disputes efficiently
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting requirements
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in payment processes
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, and MS Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
