Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions
- Develop and implement financial reporting improvements
- Collaborate with external auditors during compliance reviews
- Maintain SOX documentation and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in financial reporting systems (Oracle NetSuite a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions
