Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end close, and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience with month-end closes and reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
