Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate external CPA engagements
- Develop and implement financial controls and compliance procedures
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for client portfolios
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Train junior staff on accounting software and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing audits and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
