Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Manage tax compliance filings and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and internal controls
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Active Oklahoma CPA license or ability to obtain within 6 months
