Responsibilities
- Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budgets.
- Manage corporate tax compliance and assist with external and internal audits.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow projections and variance analysis.
- Ensure strict adherence to GAAP and internal control policies.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and streamline accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
