Responsibilities
- Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process with precision.
- Perform bank reconciliations and identify financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and compliance filings.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) to manage financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
