Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and examine monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Conduct internal audits to verify the effectiveness of financial controls and data accuracy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
