Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX regulations, and internal controls
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis for departmental performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy and process improvements
- Maintain accurate financial records using NetSuite ERP system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA certification or active pursuit strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Proven ability to manage complex accounting cycles and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting and collaboration
