Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the annual audit process, coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
