Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including variance analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate filings.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations, managing vendor relationships.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Streamline internal financial processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US tax laws, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
