Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to inform strategic initiatives
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial integration planning
- Implement and improve financial controls and compliance procedures
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems using ERP platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or growth industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA, pivot tables, and complex modeling
- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
