Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze variance reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Create executive-level financial dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for investment opportunities
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize cost structures and margins
- Prepare board presentations and investor updates with clear financial narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate finance or investment firms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience required
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate financial data to non-finance stakeholders
