Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis to forecast revenue, expenses, and ROI
- Develop comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts for departmental and organizational initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
- Create executive-ready dashboards and presentations highlighting key financial metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with GAAP regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects supporting M&A activities and expansion strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling tools
- Expert knowledge of SQL and data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication abilities to translate complex data for stakeholders
- Experience in gaming, hospitality, or real estate finance highly desirable
