Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with the annual external audit and internal compliance reviews.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
