Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models.
- Prepare detailed monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and variance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
