Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
- Perform rigorous variance analysis comparing actuals against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and detailed monthly/quarterly reports for the board of directors.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into operational efficiency and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Strategy) to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and external financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Streamline financial reporting processes through automation and system optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI) is a strong plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating complex data for diverse stakeholders.
