Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful financial reporting to stakeholders
- Lead internal audit initiatives and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
