Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Oversee general ledger operations and reconciliations
- Prepare complex tax filings and compliance documentation
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Implement and improve internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Expertise in GAAP and tax compliance
