Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and vendor management
- Implement process enhancements using accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a remote/hybrid environment
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven expertise in month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
