Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations and expense reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure timely filing.
- Conduct internal audits and implement controls to prevent errors or fraud.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a plus.
