Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for portfolio of 15-20 clients
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with 95%+ accuracy
- Lead internal/external audits and compliance documentation
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis reports
- Implement process improvements using accounting software integrations
- Mentor junior accountants and provide technical guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and tax compliance regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting ERP systems
- Proven experience with multi-state tax filings
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
