Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payment cycles
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with variance reporting
- Coordinate internal/external audits and compliance documentation
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Support budget forecasting and cost analysis initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years of experience
- CPA or actively pursuing certification preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Experience with GAAP compliance and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
