Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Implement and maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Lead process improvements using accounting software and automation tools
- Support tax filings and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in tech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong GAAP knowledge and SOX compliance experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage remote work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
