Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements to stakeholders
- Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures
- Maintain accurate records in accounting systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate finance
- Expertise in financial reporting, month-end close, and reconciliations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency and international accounting
- Proven ability to work independently in remote settings
