Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 clients
- Prepare financial statements and compliance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Implement and optimize accounting systems
- Collaborate with tax professionals on filings
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (required)
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- CPA license or actively pursuing (preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- San Antonio residency required
