Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple business units
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes using ERP systems
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows and cash management
- Lead special projects including process automation and system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Expertise in month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (NetSuite/Sage experience)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven ability to lead process improvements and implement financial controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
