Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for stakeholders and leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Lead budgeting initiatives and variance analysis for departmental projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Implement and improve internal controls for audit readiness
- Support tax preparation and regulatory filings as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
