Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and month-end close procedures
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and expense analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Proven experience with month-end closing and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
