Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage payment processing for 500+ vendors via ERP systems
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Optimize invoice workflows using automation tools
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit trails
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- ERP system expertise (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- AP certification (CAPP) highly desirable
