Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead internal audits and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting forecasts
- Maintain accurate general ledger and reconciliations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in financial reporting and GAAP standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
