Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform monthly and annual bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain and update the general ledger using QuickBooks and other financial software.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
