Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights to senior management.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during year-end audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills required).
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
