Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for executive stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Develop and implement financial controls to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance across all financial activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (Sage Intacct)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
