Responsibilities

- Analyze financial data to create accurate management reports and variance explanations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and file complex tax returns while ensuring compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements for financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
