Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while processing transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Train and mentor junior tellers on operational excellence
- Contribute to branch performance goals through proactive client engagement
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of teller experience in a high-volume banking environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in core banking systems and digital platforms
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
