Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy using provided equipment
- Operate cash drawers, scanners, and security systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and promote bank services
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance daily transactions using provided reconciliation tools
- Assist with ATM operations and vault management
- Contribute to branch sales goals through cross-selling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Proficiency with basic office equipment (provided)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work with provided banking technology systems
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
