Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and expense management
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and variance analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling processes
- Implement internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
- Manage tax preparation and audit coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations
- Proven ability to lead month-end/quarter-end closes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Remote work experience and self-discipline
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
