Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and process payroll transactions
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records
- Assist with audits and tax documentation
- Implement financial controls and improve reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with senior accountants on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AAP) a plus
