Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL reconciliation, month-end closes, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and internal controls
- Oversee AP/AR processes and optimize cash flow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and advanced Excel modeling
- Lead process improvement projects to enhance financial operations efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage month-end closes and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Experience with remote work and virtual team coordination
